Call to order by Andy W3OL at 1935 PM UTC-5 with greetings and introductions.

Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes of most recent Board of Directors meeting posted to the same. Accepted unanimously by membership.

OFFICER REPORTS

RACES Drill Tuesday 1930-2030; Hurricane Readiness, MEMA check-in. MEMA side activity on 3820 (HF).

Tony (KF3AK) seeks volunteers to update POD kit hardware, radio programming and documentation. Ideas for a  manual outlining how to use equipment and tasks for health department drills are welcome. Kits will be collected from schools for updates after the end of the school year.

Equipment from Sykesville repeater site has been taken to Andy's to install into rack with new repeater.

Steve gave a presentation on Software Defined Radio (SDR). Information was regarding generic design and operation of SDR's. Some hardware options were shown.
