Call to order by Steve N3SB at 1941 PM UTC-5.

AGENDA

Pete has worked on some pages for the club website. Please email suggestions to PMHILTZ at GMAIL.COM

Larry has several dues since last meeting. James Lowery, KI4USA, is a new member of the club.

Larry proposes to consolidate the Tailgate and Hamfest into one event in either August or October. There are suggestions to hold a QSO Party or a Foxhunt with a picnic. Email Steve with ideas and suggestions.

Tony proposes to add an HF station in the second position of the Alternate EOC (AEOC) in the County Office Building. Club will build three cables to a triplexer (county already purchased). Female connectors will be purchased by club for about $50. Board approved proposal. Steve will also send Doug Brown a plan for antennas for the AEOC.

Doug Brown, the county Emergency Coordinator, would like a banner for the ARES/RACES Room at the EOC. Club needs a design for a banner for the Primary EOC (PEOC). Send recommendations to Tony.
