Call to order by Steve N3SB at 1933 PM UTC-5 with greetings and introductions.

MINUTES
Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes of most recent Board of Directors meeting posted to the same. Accepted unanimously by membership.

OFFICER REPORTS

Larry WX3F reported finances are still good and several new members paid dues.

Steve N3SB reports a RACES Drill is scheduled for tomorrow night but might be replaced by emergency plan for snowstorm.

Sean KB3IMT reports minutes have been posted to the mailing list and they were accepted as posted.

There has been comments that linking between repeaters are causing some audio issues.
Mike and Larry will test the linking.

NEW BUSINESS
No New Business.

Larry presented the new Sykesville Repeater to the club and shared repair experiences.
He has downloaded documentation for the hardware and collected it into a book.
He demonstrated several commands and operation, he will publish the commands for the controller to link and control the PL Tone.
