Call to order by Andy WO3L at 1930 PM UTC-5.

Pete (WV3S) was also in attendance.

MINUTES
Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes approved as published.

AGENDA

Nominations are needed for officer positions for the August Club Meeting.
All positions are available.

6m repeater is disabled, due to antenna problems. Club does have a replacement in inventory. Board will hire a team to replace antenna, it will be brought to motion for the club if estimate is over board's limit.

Budget is drafted for club approval.

Hamfest will be October 22nd at the Sportsman Hall roller rink.

Presentation next month is David (AA3DA) for WSPR and Mark (W3MSR) for station building.

Pete would like the club to obtain low-cost gifts for Guest Speakers. Board would like to establish a line item of not to exceed $200 in the budget.

OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

August Club Meeting will be a business meeting and elections will be held.
Budget will be presentation for approval.
