Hey Sean,

I bet I speak for several other club members as well.  I say THANK YOU to you for your club meeting minutes, all of them for general meetings, business meetings and board meetings.  Kudos!  

Not much room for improvement there, I am glad to say.  If, however, there can be a link to (1) officers in attendance if not (2) an image of the attendance list, that would be great.  Thank you also for including (3) a Point of Contact (POC) person for each activity in the context of your notes so that we can follow up and reach out to them off line.  In the cases here, for example, for pointing out Tony Krauth, KF3AK, and Peter Hiltz, W3VS, by name.  They were each quite the cornerstone to our last meeting indeed.

Call to order by Sean KB3IMT at 1930 PM UTC-5 with greetings and introductions.

Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes of most recent Board of Directors meeting posted to the same. Accepted unanimously by membership.

OFFICER REPORTS

Pod Kit Drill is Saturday, August 5th, from 9am to 10am .
Sites are still available and need volunteers.
Upgrades have been delayed while Health Dept trains staff.

Tony would like around 40-50 dollars for mousepads, usb cables and basic supplies for hospital computers.

Fred (K3TAZ) passed around info for an Estate Sale for WB3LKB

Pete gave a presentation on building an antenna according to the Gamma Matching presentation he gave earlier.

July 24th will the next BoD Meeting.
August 14th is a Business Meeting, there will be elections and budget discussions.
