[K3PZN-List] Web page update announcement

All,

I've added a Swap and Sell section to the web pages and Andy has offered up
some of the club's excess hardware, so we have our first listing.  There
are some guidelines offered on the page, mostly there to make sure
offerings do not go stale.  Please check it out and feel free to pass
listings on to others, even outside the club.  The wider the audience, the
better chance for a sale.

Secondly, though you've probably bookmarked the site by now, I've taken
advantage of the free domain offer and gotten us K3PZN.NET.  We're still
working on getting K3PZN.ORG but the .net was free and is much simpler than
petetest2017.wordpress.org.  Thanks to Mark, W3MSR, for reminding me of
that opportunity.

As always, suggestions about the website are welcome, and if you've a
subject or question for a tech talk, either to give yourself or that you'd
like someone else to put together, please let me know.  I'm keeping a list
of potential subjects.  Also, feel free to refer potential speakers.
