Call to order by Andy W3OL at 19:34 PM UTC-5 with greetings and introductions.

Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes of most recent Board of Directors meeting posted to the same. Accepted unanimously by membership.

OFFICER REPORTS
  
Larry WX3F updated the club roster. And passed around old photos from club activities.
  
ARES/RACES Drill Tues. night, February 14, at 20:30 at the Alternate EOC.

Maintenance on Westminster Repeater, changed Power Supply. Larry continuing work on Sykesville Repeater, mainly on the computer interface. In the future, Andy would like to build repeater into a new rack.

Copies of POD Kit video are available. I have an ISO image that can be burned to DVD or an MP4 file at a lower video rate. Files are too large for email (ISO, 900MB; MP4, 300MB), I will require a disc to make copies.

Pete WV3S gave a presentation on VSWR and Smith Charts, some information on using an MFJ949B tuner.
