All,

This is to clarify possible misunderstandings with our Technician class
offering and the subsequent test.

The test is a separate, free, open event.  It is not tied to the class.
Anyone wishing to take the test can do so, free of charge, and without
having attended our class.

We ask anyone planning to take the test let us know in advance so we can be
prepared.

We've updated the flyer on the website to improve its clarity.
