AGENDA

Pete got prices for mugs as gifts for guest speakers. Depending on breakpoints most suppliers would be around $10 per mug. Board approved to buy 72 from Baltimore Glass which may be the lowest cost for around $200.

Board approved buying a copy of Quicken (about $30) for Kyle for his Treasurer duties to file paperwork.

Hamfest is coming up, October 22nd; Andy is chairing committee.

Contact Information for the Carroll County Community Directory has been updated.

QIS will be replaced with a GMail address and group for sharing documents on GoogleDoc.

Frederick ARC is supporting a Fondo Bike Race on Sept 17; looking for volunteers.
They are having a Fox Hunt on October 7th. Also suggested was a dinner get together for the two clubs.

Don Gerkin, W3DVG, would like to present information on Emergency Management.

A company may have been found to climb the tower to replace 6m antenna.

Carroll County Emergency Expo on September 23rd; Steve is chairing the event, looking for volunteers.

Repeater has been moved to Sykesville and is burning in at location.
