Call to order by Andy WO3L at 1932 PM UTC-5 with greetings and introductions.

Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes of most recent Board of Directors meeting posted to the same. Accepted unanimously by membership.

OFFICER REPORTS
 
Minutes approved as posted to mailing list.
 
No Treasurer Report.
 
Shelter drill as held first weekend of August. All positions were manned and test were performed without much trouble. Next drill is on the first Saturday in December. All kits will be programmed for frequencies for next drill. ARES Net is Tuesday night at 8:30 pm. September 23rd is Emergency Expo. Plans are to have a VHF and HF station for demonstration.

ICS-214 forms were used for the first time to log activities. Other forms may be used in future events.

PODKits will have to be redesigned to use new HP device for powering laptops.

The 6m repeater is out of use due to antenna failure. The antenna will be replaced when a company can be hired to climb the tower.

Sykesville repeater is ready and will be installed when able.

Budget was presented for club approval. 
Budget was accepted as presented.

Elections were held for officers.

Dave presented the WSPR protocol for analyzing antenna performance and receive ability of your signals.

Mark gave a presentation on portable operations and his experience with Parks on the Air. He covered topics like; batteries, solar panels, antennas and radios.
