Call to order by Andy W3OL at 1933 PM UTC-5.

ATTENDING OFFICERS:

  Pete (WV3S), Tony (KF3AK) and Mark (W3MSR) was also in attendance.
  
AGENDA

Andy showed last years estimate budget. However Larry (WX3F) was not able to attend and actual values could not be placed in spreadsheet.

Andy showed a price list (averaged from online searches) of equipment still in club ownership. This equipment is not being used by club activities. The list will be posted to the mailing list, at a future date, if club members wish to purchase any items.

Some discussion on using remaining HF equipment at the hospital station.

Andy will give a presentation on using a MFJ-269 at the next club meeting.

Mark and Pete showed a Wordpress version of the club website.

Tony and Steve would like volunteers for improving POD Kits. Including some work on manuals and reworking some packages. Updating laptop software and FLDigi configuration.

A chairperson for Field Day Committee is wanted.
