[K3PZN-List] Simulated Emergency Test

Hi Folks;

The MDC Section is conducting a test of the use of NVIS antennas and 
Winlink for the 2016 SET.

Keeping with the Winlink theme, here in Carroll County, we are 
conducting a simple Winlink test as well.

Next weekend - October 1-2, I am challenging all CCARC members to send 
me an email using the Winlink system. Just that simple.

For those of you who have not tried Winlink yet, I'll be monitoring the 
K3PZN reflector for any questions you might have.

The time you spend getting Winlink operational could be very useful 
sometime.
