Hi Phil,

There is now an installed antenna at EACH POD site. Each antenna is a Comet GP-15 tri-bander. The access point and the 50 ft. of coax included with the comms package (formerly known as "kit") will determine the operating position. Before the drill date, I will publish a list of the sites and indicate where the access point can be found (a couple are well hidden).

Thanks for the reminder es 73,
Tony KF3AK

Need to check my calendar but I think it is free. So, are you saying we actually have an installed antenna at Parrs Ridge? 73 de KE3FL, Phil AEC Carroll County OES, ORS, & VEARRL Life Member http://cs.yrex.com/ke3fl Karras' Corner: http://cs.yrex.com/ke3fl/KarrasCorner.htm

The next Health Department Comms Drill will be on Saturday 03-December, starting at 9:00 AM.

New antennas are installed at all the shelter locations, so it'll be interesting to test them out using 6m / 2m / 70cm, as well as simplex.

Please let me know if you can support this event.
