[K3PZN-List] Time on repeaters

I reset the clock this evening. Actually the latest firmware update for 
the controller added a auto-DST feature, I'll turn that on and hopefully 
it will get done on its own in March. If not the good news is that its a 
single command to move forward or backwards an hour, you don't have to 
send the entire clock programming sequence.
