Here is the type of "SO-239" I like to use on HF half-wave dipoles:

If you have room to add 40m legs to your 20m dipole then you can tune in 40m as well. I've done this with homemade multiband "fan" dipoles in my daze and they worked well with a balun. Your mileage may vary, so read the many reviews out there. Believe some of them (or not), and experiment on your own.
I think you will be pleasantly surprised how well your homemade antennas work!

Look up SO-239 on the Internet & tell us what kind of 239 you need. I know I have some, I'll look to see what kinds I have. When come by to drop off my amp bring an image of the 239 type you need. 73 de KE3FL,
