[K3PZN-List] Carroll County EOC Briefing #4 - RACES Support

There is plenty of food here. The meals are brought in, and there is a 
table full of snacks and drinks. You will gain weight while you are here.

There are cots on the second floor, although the radio is pretty quiet 
too. May want to bring a sleeping bag.
