Kyle,
20A at 13.8 V is 276Watts, so that will be fine for a 100W rig plus running a few other small things.
I would use my 20A Astron with a 100W HF rig and a 50W VHF rig plus running lights & a laptop computer for ham events from home all the time. The trick is not to transmit full power on both rigs at the same time.
The 30A supply will have more head room and won't run as hot as a 20A supply for the same loads, always a good thing.
Do you have a 100W rig? Are you planning on expanding to include HF 100W? Remember we are supposed to use only enough power to get the job done, not full power all the time.
