For Sale the following Collins Equipment 

These items were from the station of a Silent Key. I have never used them on the air myself but have heard the KWM2 on the air many times over the years. THey are being sold as is with no warantee implied and I prefer to have them picked up at my location in Maryland because of the weight and volume . In the event that I must ship them I will only do so if I have someone like one of the express shipping stores pack them and you are agree to and be responsible for the cost of said packing. 



The money from the sale of these go to the family of the silent key. 




Transmitter Model 32S1 SN 1243 asking $650 Or Best Offer 
Receiver Model 75S1 SN 396 asking $600 Or Best Offer 


The above two units have never been powered on. I do not have a manual for them and not sure how to hook them up and apply power without burning them up. I will leave that to whomever purchases them. 


I know that the owner had them hooked up and installed in his station but not sure how they worked . 




Power Supply Model 561F2 SN 200 asking $200 Or Best Offer 





This Power Supply was used to test the KWM2 and work A correctly. 




TRANSCEIVER Model KWM2 SN asking $700 Or Best Offer 





This transceiver has some of the original tubes replaced with JAN versions to make it a hotter receiver. It has the noise blanker mounted in the transceiver but not hooked up. Also mounted in the transceiver is the extra crystal bank that would turn it into a KWM 2A but it also has never been hooked up and all of the parts may not be there to make the extra crystals work correctly. I had this transceiver powered up several years ago and it blew my 756 PRO II out of the water and It hears weak signals not heard by the Pro II. 


I had a problem getting it to transmit CW and sprayed the Mode switch with cleaner and worked 
the switch a little and it started transmitting into the dummy load.

These units are in average physical condition as far as paint is concerned meaning that to the best of my knowledge the are are no large gouges on the units but there may be light scratches or blemishes on them. Operating condition as noted above. 




The power supply must go with either the S Line set or the KWM2. I will not sell the power supply alone. I will sell the watt-meter/phone patch unit separately.
