[K3PZN-List] MASON-DIXON HAMFEST Set Up SUNDAY

I will be there at our new hamfest location in Upperco, Md.  -Pat

The hamfest is this Sunday, we'll need as many members to come out as

possible and help.



Saturday from about 4PM we'll do some setup of the barn and make sure

we're ready for Sunday. People will be needed to setup tables and move

some things out of the way.



Sunday I'll be there to get things rolling at about 5:30. We'll need

members from then until about 12:00.



The rink opens at 11AM, so beginning at about 10:45 we'll have to do

some management of the rink traffic to keep them from getting lost in

the tailgate.

The Carroll County Tailgate Fest is held at the Sportmans Hall Skating Rink<http://sportsmansskating.com/> located at 15500 Hanover Pike, Upperco, MD 21155. Please note the new location for this event!

Carroll County Tailgate Fest Details:

  *   Entry Donation: $6
  *   Tailgate Spot: included with Entry Donation
  *   Indoor Tables: No Indoor Tables. This is an Outdoor Tailgate Fest

The Mason-Dixon Hamfest is held at the Sportmans Hall Skating Rink<http://sportsmansskating.com/> located at 15500 Hanover Pike, Upperco, MD 21155. Please note the new location for this event!

Overnight parking is by special arrangement, send us an email if you need to park on the grounds Saturday night. The skating rink is open until 12AM so Saturday setup is not available.

Indoor table space is available but must be reserved by 10/21 in order to give us time to arrange the table area.
