Well, the contract I was working on for the Navy came to an end on Monday and I'm looking again.
Physics, optics, software development (embedded to Web & most everything in between), antennas, R.F., electronics repair, who knows, whatever I can find, sweeping floors, installing antennas, running cat 5 or 6, coax... I know a little about each of these, a little more for some than others.
And, if you haven't looked at my web site recently you might was to look it up (the ke3fl link in my signature) I've been updating my Joule Thief page. I also hope to add another article to my TV Antenna blog, the KarrasCorner link below, soon on antenna location. Having the right tool really helps with that! I have a TV signal analyzer which makes finding a good antenna location much easier while walking around with an antenna.
I hope to get to the next club meeting & perhaps get on the air too. I managed to get the 80/40 m dipole & VHF/UHF J-pole up in the air again two weeks ago with a little help from my YF & everything is working again thanks to the MFJ Antenna tuner.
Hope to see you at a meeting or perhaps on the air.
