Steve-

Great to hear from you. Missed seeing you at Dayton.

Andy, please correct if I don't have the details correct.

If I remember correctly from last nights meeting:

N3VOP is setting up a station for 6 meters and HF digital. He'll be
operating digital on HF bands and will avoid interference with other HF
stations at the site.

WO3L is setting up a station in a trailer furnished by KD3UV and plans
on 40/15 meters CW and SSB. I think he plans on N3SB supporting CW but
I'm not sure that is definite. Haven't heard from WB8YYY but someone
said he is mulling it over.

W3JJH and son, William, will set up a station for 10/80 meters, and a
station for solar powered QRP for a few hours for the extra points.

Tony will be setting up a demo station for VHF and HF (Pactor) but will
only be there for a couple hours.

Plan B is for Ray and Keri (kb3vwk) who plan to come with their RV if
their granddaughter doesn't arrive in this world earlier than planned.
They will bring a rocket launcher and TA-33 Jr and will work 20 meters
SSB. I was going to loan them my FT-DX3000 but can switch them to the
K3 if you want to cover 20 meters CW. (We had problems with co-band
interference using the 3000 a couple years ago.)

I assume you are bringing a K3 with the upgraded synthesizers. I had my
K3 upgraded, including the new synthesizer, by Elecraft. Just got it
back when they announced the K3S. With the 20 dB lower phase noise
it'll be interesting to see how well two improved K3's operate on the
same band.

Let me know what I can do to help you set up a station.

For those trying to improve their CW skills, try "Learn CW Online"
