Due to the nasty storms that were moving through and limiting attendance 
we postponed the major business items until next month.

Field Day - 2 plans were discussed.

Plan A - 3A based around the club's 2 x 40' masts and multiband wire 
antennas as follows:
    2 x club 40' poles (ray)
    2 x wire 80-10 (w3jjh, wo3l)
    2 x PC (wo3l)
    1 x trailer (kd3uv)
    2 x generators, gas (wo3l)
    1 x digital 6m station (n3vop)
    1 x ft950 (wo3l)
    1 x ten-tec eagle (w3jjh)
    power cords (wo3l)
    coax (wo3l)

Plan B - Add 1 RV, rocket launcher, yagi 20M (kb3vwk), radio (w3gvx).
    re-allocate stations to bands

Food plan - take out for dinner sat, breakfast (wo3l)

Setup - 0800(ish) Saturday AM

The key to success is having people who want to come out. Plan A 
represents scaling back the setup and tear down to maximize operating. 
Please come out and spend some time on the radio.
