[K3PZN-List] July Meeting

The July meeting is on the 13th (7:30 PM at the Nonprofit Center in 
Westminster). We've deferred some business so unfortunately we do need 
to make this a business meeting. The biggest item of business to 
consider is election of officers and directors.

Offices Available (7):
President - Chairs meetings and board meetings, appoints committees
VP - Fills in for the pres or other officers
Secretary - keeps minutes and records
Treasurer - deposits money, writes checks
Director
Director/EM Chair
Director/Trustee

On the director positions there are from 1 to 3 seats possible.... 2 
seats are filled by the emergency chair and the license trustee unless 
those individuals hold another office (no person may hold more than 1 
position on the board at a time).

Please consider helping out and filling one of these positions. If you 
want a better description of the duties let me know. All of the current 
holders have been in office for a few years and its a good thing to 
rotate around. None of these jobs are hard or very time consuming.
