This a major public service event with more than 600 riders!  For the SAG vehicles, you’ll be riding shotgun with a race volunteer, and you’ll need a 2M rig with a cigarette lighter/accessory plug and a mag mount antenna. If you don’t have a mag mount, the club has 3 to lend.   We’re looking for 1-2 hams per shift per route. ARES membership is not a requirement to participate. Deployments will be from the Delaplaine Center, 40 South Carroll St., Frederick.  Shifts are:  100 mile route 0600-11301130-1500  60 mile route  0630-11001100-1500  Please let me know if you’re available or have any questions.
