[K3PZN-List] Tailgating

No matter what we say some folks just have to show up at 5AM (or the
night before). Officially we start at 6AM. Tailgaters park up near the
top of the gravel lot in rows. I'd suggest anyone out that early have a
light and reflective clothing. Hopefully no fog this year.
