Very small adjustment to operator roster -- we still have a place for YOU also to join us!
We may decide to go 5A and add Digital modes, with N3VOP also providing this rig/antenna/PC. we can decide this near the FD kick-off.
Here is what I suggest for our operating concept -- to avoid mutual QRM and ease our installation nuances some:
Station 2 pm ~ 8 pm Sunday
1. 80/40 SSB 40 either either
2. 20/15 SSB 15 20 either
3. 80/20 CW 20 80 either (mostly opposite of #2)
4. 10 SSB/40/15 CW any any any (this station is running lower power)
5. digital 40 40/80 40/20
while 5 transmitters is less desirable you can see the above should work pretty good. we really need to keep digital off of 20m the first day to keep up CW and SSB rates. By Sunday we'll just need to work together.
I hope to operate W3JJH's rig when he needs a break, but I will gladly operate a little at anyone's rig. I hope some other members show up so we can let them operate.
As KF3AK is such a great operator, it would make my day to get him on 40 or 80m SSB making contacts for a half hour or so.
Where is WX3F ? We also have a KH6 in our midst.
KB3VWK 80/40m SSB
KB3WAV 20/15m SSB
N3SB 80/20m CW
W3JJH 10m SSB, 40/15m CW
N3VOP VHF (also will operate SSB on HF ... hint to not exile Mike to VHF if those bands are not propagating!)
N8PK Satellite
KB3TVB Satellite
KF3AK Traffic
KB3QMO Traffic (did I see that Dave isn't coming?)
KB3GHE SSB available op
WB8YYY CW/SSB available op
WO3L SSB available op
AK3Z SSB available op (very scarce so get him a rig whenever he can make it)
Additions
are highly welcome - email me ASAP even if you are uncertain. Need to
know for the dinner count also.

Curt and All,
Please accept my apologies, but I will have to play my "availability" by
ear. My family responsibilities have increased and just got my Dad
recovered from an illness. This means I will not be available at all on
Sunday and if I am available at all on Saturday may only be able to stop by
at night, long after the "picnic" coals have cooled.
My suggestion is that you wait until late afternoon to determine who will
actually be present for dinner and what they will eat. Then just go out and
pick up appropriate foods. This approach will give everyone maximum
operating time. With a headcount of 10 or less it is probably a good way to
go. Just my two cents. Perhaps you will have food provided by the other
event you are co-locating with?
It looks like you are in good hands this year with a good crew and have some
nice plans.
John, AK3Z
