*** We need to build a roster of available operators for our HF stations.  We will have the two SSB stations sheltered and I don't expect dreadful temps for the outdoor stations.

1. SSB#1    20/15m SSB host=KB3WAV, yagi from Ray and I think a rig from Pete  (K3)
2. SSB#2    40/80m SSB host=KB3VWK, wires from Ray, rig=TBD

3. 20/80m CW N3SB
4. 10m SSB/CW, 40/15m CW host=W3JJH     (will integrate solar)

+ N3VOP VHF
+ N8PK satellite
+ KF3AK/KB3QMO traffic and training

KEY THEME -- Flexible Rapid Timely Deployment.  we have no other choice!
we are sharing the site with a flea market saturday morning that will
linger into the early afternoon.  Our club trustee Andy has directed we
not attempt any setup prior to 9 am saturday, and even this appears
questionable we can do much.

Suggested Optional Concept --  origin is osmosis from much club discussion!  very easy now with 4A

mitigate 20m co-site QRM

- start KB3WAV station on 15m if we have some propagation, transition later to 20m
- start N3SB station on 20m, transition to 80m opposite of Kerri (and maybe even use 10m if there is propagation)

N1MM is preferred logging package that all 4 of us are using, it allows operators to not need training for each rig.

These are mere recommendations that may reflect everyone's thinking.

Oh yes -- we are going to need some kind of welcome station to great
on-lookers who may be still here when we deploy -- to answer 'what are
these crazy people doing?'  'does being around all this RF so long cause this kind of behavior?'  73
