We've gotten confirmation that the next HD Drill will be next Saturday  
December 13, from 10:00 AM to Noon. Here are the locations we have  
been requested to support:

Winters Mill High School
North Carroll Middle School
Parr's Ridge Elementary School
North West Middle School
New Windsor Middle School
Century High School
Carroll Community College
Carroll Hospital Center
Emergency Operations Center - New Windsor

If you are able to support the drill, please send me an email and  
include your preferred location.
