[K3PZN-List] UP2L site

One of the stations I worked during the CQ WPX SSB contest this past 
weekend was UP2L in Kazakhstan.  UP2L is a contesting station near the 
northern border with Russia.  They have a pretty good web site I thought 
those into contesting might enjoy.

The link to the right of "HAC" has some good videos,  "Deveopments" if 
you use a Russian-to-English site translator (my Google Chrome has a 
translator).

They seem to be as enthusiastic about contesting as those I've met in 
the PVRC.
