I figured this would be a good place to ask this question.  I am an
assistant coach for a First Lego League team. Basically it's a team of 12
yr old boys who build robots out of Legos and compete against other teams
on a themed challenge.  The theme of the challenge this year is "Nature's
Fury" and is focused on response to natural disasters.  One of the things
the boys need to do is research/study some aspect of the challenge and come
up with a presentation or idea around that topic.

I am hoping to get some time with someone associated with Carroll County
Emergency Operations Center that can talk with the boys and explain how
they support the county during natural disasters.  Can anybody point me to
the right people to contact?
