[K3PZN-List] Field Day Setup - Crew Needed Late This Afternoon

Thanks for everyone's enthusiasm in preparing and plan for a wonderful operation.  


I expect the various station crews to move onto the site late this afternoon and/or tomorrow morning.  Ray and Kerri are bring their RV around 6:30 this evening.  I just heard that K3KWO may not be coming to FD (meaning we currently do not have a digital station).  They will need some support assembling their rocket launcher, with info to come when this will be (can I guess tomorrow morning?).  


I suggest we gather a crew to assemble at least one antenna mast (and possibly 2) this afternoon.  

John (W3JJH), William and I can be at the site at 4:30 pm to begin erection of a mast positioned for 80m SSB.  We are working with AK3Z to consider possibly installing a second mast about 70 feet from it (TBD).  


If instead a later time is preferred -- please email me on this offer.  We would benefit from having a couple additional persons to install a mast or two.  


We may be installing a tent for 'command and slumber' - I presume this will be tomorrow morning.  

The K1RH/WX3B team is installing a single rocket launcher, and their stations will pretty much roll onto the site.  


Of course our objective is to have all stations assembled and operational in advance of the 2 pm start -- honestly I wish to have stations networked by 1 pm if possible, for a relaxed start to our operations.
