Station Captains --

1. insure that you have N1MM 13.06.00.exe installed (dated 4 June) -- DO NOT install the updated version, that might mess up our network.  (I have been using 13.06.00 for a few days - it is working fine.  

2. do make sure that N1MM is communicating with your rig - literally logging its frequency and showing its current frequency on the bandmap

3. pre-integrate your complete FD station - with all the cables to be used at FD.  this insures it all works, and all the right hardware is in the kit.  yes put it all onto the air before FD.    


4. provide a second set of headphones (or a speaker) and a means to allow a visitor/co-participate to all listen to the action.  

5. insure that you have plenty of AC power cord to reach the generator, and likewise coax.  (perhaps each of us that has outdoor AC cord and coax should throw it into the car, just in case

Weather forecast looks nice - no dreadfully high temperatures.  Be prepared to engage and employ the human resources available (I will do my best to work with you).  As the ions allow, let's aim to score big while also enhancing our ham radio community.
