Note this list is where we are now with the configuration -- all input is welcome - but I am suspicious this might be plenty of rigs:  (listed call is the hosting station captain)

SSB#1 80/10m W3JJH  TS-870 (guess!)

SSB#2 40m AK3Z  TS-590   full-wave loop antenna

SSB#3 20/15m  KB3VWK   FT-897  3 element yagi (a la AK3Z)

CW#1  NY3A, likely running a K3

CW#2  candidate: WB8YYY, K2 or TBD

Digital   K3KWO, IC-756 pro-something, a 80m OCFD is available (from Pete)

VHF/UHF  N3VOP

someone else mentioned a 80m antenna?  we need one of these for 80m SSB

*** I promised the digital and VHF station captains some time working HF SSB during FD  !!

Steve NY3A has a fantastically efficient setup!  If someone wants to learn the ropes - volunteer to be his helper (he almost does not need any help!).

Rigs are not necessarily cast in stone -- we'll work to equip each station sufficiently.  I think it is very nice to be able to operate so many fine rigs.  (who knows maybe someone will bring a KX3 to test drive?)

I really need everyone's help to personally invite participants.  Many folk have dropped off the club's roster, and it would be nifty to engage some of these folk again.

I will later be posting a list of the special activities associated with 'bonus points.'  I am working with KF3AK already on a training opportunity.  Many 'free agents' are lurking that we need to get into the mix: N3SB, WX3F, W3GVX (has already volunteered gear and always is involved), KE3FL and others I have not mentioned.  Also, I am hopeful that KB3GHE might equip us with coffee hardware Sunday morning and I expect KB3WAV to be one of the most enthusiastic operators as usual.
