Pete, 

  Make sure you don't put any actual ground rods closer to the tower than one foot and get some PENETROX or equal and put it under the clamps on the tower leg(s)  at each location.  Otherwise it looks good.. how high up are you going

Please critique and comment.  Note that the system has not been tied to the service entrance ground (yet) as required by code.
