[K3PZN-List] Monday General Club Meeting July 8

In preparation for the Club's departure from the FTC, we will hold a short
business meeting tomorrow and devote the rest of the evening to organizing
and disposing of club equipment.  There will be no special presentations
this week  and we will defer discussion of Field Day results to the August
general Club meeting. 

 

Andy will open the FTC/station earlier at 6 PM.  We will be preparing club
owned desktop computers and monitors for disposal and doing an inventory of
equipment that is currently in the club station areas.  We have inventoried
and organized equipment in the barn and we have a number of tower sections
and several antennas, etc that we will need to dispose of quickly.  So if
you have any interest in some of this equipment, you should come to the
meeting.  We will begin advertising unwanted items after tomorrow and will
sell leftover items at the upcoming tailgate fest and/or hamfest.  Equipment
that will be retained (or that may be sold at a later date) is being moved
to a secure offsite location.  The date of departure has still not been
provided by the County and we want to be prepared.
