A few of us who still work with electronics at home may be interested in this topic.  N2APB is the guy who gave the nice presentation on a SDR.  He and his friend host an on-line technical presentation each week - this one might be more interesting than the some.  


I confess to mostly being 'an appliance op' the past few months!  Although I did build the rig I have been using for all the CW contests.
