[K3PZN-List] Hamfest

Everyone, the current planning is as follows:

Saturday
1. Loading up posts and signs at FTC barn at 15:30 K3KWO is leading this 
effort and he needs 2-3 people to help him.

2. I'm going to be over at the AG Center grounds about 1645 to begin 
setting up the parking lot fence. I'll need one more body to help me 
with that job.

3. Inside setup begins at 1700. Tables and chairs need to get set up for 
our indoor vendors. This needs a few people to help out as well.

Sunday
4. I'll be out early Sunday AM by 0530 to get things going and make sure 
we don't have any early morning problems. We'll need people to sell 
tickets at the gates from 0600-1200, the more people we cycle through 
the less any one person has to stand out in the field. I'll need to be 
free of this job NLT 0830 to get setup for exams.

5. Talk-In  is open, we'll need someone to monitor 145.41 and help 
people get to the site, our usual volunteer has been under the weather 
recently.

6. Cleanup - we'll need people who can come in later about 1400 to clean 
up the area, put tables away, remove any junk left in the parking area.

If you can reply with your plans to support that would be great so we 
can see where we might be short handed and adjust as appropriate.
