At BARC we have test sessions every month. Where I am a VE for over 3 years. And I still see people come in every month. So I think that you have some bad info when you say that we don't have sessions every month. And our sessions are still FREE! Does CCARC?

"Do more people take tests at regularly scheduled sessions as BARC runs (or used to) ?"
Why don't they hold regular test sessions any longer? Because not enough people are coming?
Hamfest sessions are very variable. The biggest thing that I've found that brings in larger numbers is simply getting it into the hamfest calendar as early as possible & listing the session as FREE is another BIG factor.

I know exams at hamfests can be a popular thing - but perhaps we should analyze our data a bit. Is it better to provide exams at a hamfest or at some other type of venue? Do more people take tests at regularly scheduled sessions as BARC runs (or used to) ? Ok this covers us well in southeastern quadrant of the County. Maybe something like quarterly test sessions could be considered somewhere - all worth some thought given limited resources to conduct a hamfest! I just wish I lived down south where most hamfests are on a Saturday (ok I know the Hagerstown hamfest is - I just missed it!)
