Andy,
I do not see a contact name for Century HS. Do we just wander in to front door and start asking?
Thanks
Eric

I have some updated information and because nothing can happen without last minute changes, one more site to support so assignments have changed a little:
Winter's Mill HS,WX3F,W3JJH
North Carroll MS,NS3X,N3MSP
Parr's Ridge ES,KE3FL,K3RTW
North West Middle,KB3RJH,WO3L
Century HS,N8PK,KB3RPP
Carroll Community Coll,W8IS,KC8ZUO/KC8ZUP,
Hospital, N3SB,
New Windsor Middle,KB3WAV,KB3VWK
At each location use the main entrance. Contact persons (where known) are:
Parr’s Ridge – Al Hebron
Winter’s Mill – John Wantz or Paul Hann
North Carroll Middle – Bob Adams
Northwest Middle – Kathy Clutter
New Windsor Middle – Mike Patterson
Carrol Community Coll - Ask for security at information desk
Hostpital - Ask for security at the front desk
The key and lock code to the radio equipment has been given to the schools in advance it is with the equipment.
The school staff has requested that each site team enter together so they can let you all in at the same time. This is also a good idea because it allows everyone to participate in the whole event. We'll coordinate on 145.410, check in when you are on your way to site (or as soon as the net is active).
Objective is to locate, assemble and use the pre-possitioned equipment to report:
1. Did you find the equipment case? Y/N
2. Did you access the case? Y/N
3. What Radio did you find?
4. Did you find a power supply? Y/N
5. Coax? (approx length)
6. Antenna? Y/N
7. Anything missing/broken that prevents using the station?
Feel free to add any additional comments as well.
