If you have not been exposed to contesting with very tiny rigs, you might find this interesting. While I prefer the comfort of my K2 or FT-950, these pocket size rigs also make some RF.

Subject: [QRP-L] Team AT Sprinters" Invades the August 2012 NAQP CW
For those who don't get NCJ, I've received permission to reprint an
article by Dale, WC7S; Lee, AA4GA; TJ, WØEA; Arthur, NS7E; Gabriel,
N6OSB, and yours truly, N8XX. This article is titled "Team AT
Sprinters" Invades the August 2012,NAQP CW" from the current
(November/December 2012) issue of the National Contest Journal, and may
be accessed by bringing up the web page:

The six of us had fun using rigs similar to what several of my
contesting friends describe as “You actually make contacts with that”???
As you may guess, we like to have fun and enjoy ourselves while
participating in contests.
Results aren't out yet for the August CW NAQP, but WC7S placed quite
well in the listing on the 3830 at contesting.com reflector for the QRP
category.
