The meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM.

Introductions were made, 10 members were present.

The minutes of the Feb. meeting were approved as published. The 
treasurer reported on current balances and expenditures.

The chair asked if any member present had names to place in nomination 
for the club offices. A point of order was raised asking if a quorum was 
present and it was determined that a quorum was not in fact present. The 
meeting was therefor adjourned with pending business being postponed 
until the April meeting.
