CCARC Meeting June 11, 2012

  Andy Leeds, WO3L, called the meeting to order at  7:32 PM. 14   
members and 0 guests in attendance.
Major business deferred as no quorum exists.
Committees:
Treasury –
Interest $1.76 rainy day & $2.82 repeater replacement
Expenses $76.45 for internet services.

DCS –
ARES/RACES drill 2nd Tuesdays over for the summer
CARET Net Tuesdays at 8:30 PM
Field Day coming!
Repeaters –
Andy visited site and worked on 2M
UHF has troubled PA.  Need mod for external P.A.
Field Day -
Mike:  Status on final site preps still pending.
Setup Friday night?
Mike on 6m & Kurt on 40m committed.  Need more!
Need committee to coordinate antennae – Kurt & Larry.
Kurt proposed we use the same software for all stations.
Plan B in case of inclement weather?
Invite all!
