My article scheduled for the January 2013 issue of Popular Communications has been delayed because of too many good articles and Sandy. For those of you who do not know, CQ Publications is located in Hicksville LI NY only about 20 miles from where I grew up in Syosset LI NY so I've been tracking the problems LI has had with the wonderfully outdated electric grid on L.I.
 
I was pleasantly surprised when my December issue of Pop'Comm arrived as early as ever. I believe it arrived Sat Dec 1st!
