hi Curt ....
well using the bazooka in the inverted V to act like a vertical and see what
we can hear. It is quiet i will give them that but almost too quite as it
knocks out signals you want to get. still fooling with it.....
Kerri and i are going to berryville maybe pick up a 1/1 balun there.

well you could gather opinions via google ....
if you have a 1:1 balun available, it would serve to choke off radiation
from the coax feedline - and perhaps better deliver whatever reason you are
using a double bazooka antenna. its radiation characteristic will be more
ideal - and perhaps also the feed impedance.
if you do not have a balun available, well see what it does.

Hello all
ok here is my question.... currently installing a bazooka antenna it does
not call for a 1/1 balun .. but do you think I need one?
