[K3PZN-List] Anyone have a Yaesu 8xdr

I am staring at my venerable VX-150 (Vertex is another name for Yaesu) and it has buttons for VFO and MR -- the MR button puts mine in a mode of stepping between memories that are set.  I have always used manual setup but may be my HT's have also been rather low end.  I literally keep the manual handy for any VHF rig - as nearly any HF rig is simpler to use!  Also try some google research if needed.  If all else fails, bring your rig to next meeting and let us stumble also in trying to use it.

hello all

Does anyone have a 8xdr or 6x?  Kerri and I are having issues with trying to 
get the radio's to go into memory mode.  I was wondering if anyone knows the 
secret the manual does seem to help.
