Sounds great Mike,
Wish I could be there this year but that is not possible. I am going to try to take a small HF rig on my trip, SSB and maybe some of the digital modes. Getting to use it is another issue.

> As you may know I will be the chairman for this years field day. I plan on meeting with the folks at Gamber to get their OK for using the grounds again. I had been the FD chairman a few years ago so I know what the needs of the weekend will be. To me, Field Day is a great time for everyone in the club to get together and share our knowledge with others to make all of us better operators. This is a "VERY LOW PRESSURE" contest where it's more important to have fun and learn that it is to make QSO's. It's a great time to have the kids work the radio and get the ham radio bug. I want our success to be how many people we can get to want to try ham radio VS the total score.

These are easy to get the bonus points -- we just need to do it. I will have the info needed for this and just need someone to say "I'll do it" and that an extra 100 points...
