Sunday has always been the one day hamfest day around here as long as I've been in the hobby. Given how busy everyone's lives have become over recent years there isn't going to be a time that eveyone likes. I'm coming in Saturday evening for setup and again very early Sunday and then need to leave by 11:30 to make it across town to another commitment so we all pitch in and do what we can while preseving our domestic tranquility and it will work out.

in and help make the event a success. Breaking down the tasks we will be: 
    Setup Saturday late afternoon 
    Early bird tailgate area Sunday

    Cleanup Sunday afternoon
