The Norcal QRP club has a tradition of providing some nice state-of-art amateur kits to builders, at a very reasonable price.  But they have been burnt out, and their treasury is full enough ...
 
But they just opened their store for a 'short time.'  They have available:
 
Power meter -- its a microcontroller thing with a nice digital readout!  (if I didn't have a couple nice power meters I would be tempted ....)
 
Frequency Counter / DDS Signal Source - full featured - I just ordered one!  (email me for advice on getting the DDS chip without spending about $20)
 
S9/S5 signal source - also useful, I homebrewed one.  
 
www.norcalqrp.org .... if something looks interesting pounce now (meaning today or tomorrow)!  their website is setup for credit cards - you do not need a paypal account.
