[K3PZN-List] ST0R QSL Card

I have been reading several e-mails where the writer states they had to send a donation to the ST0R expedition in order to get their QSL card, or to have it speeded up at least.  I'm  manager for several calls and no way would I ever hold someones request for a QSL until I received, or the client received, a donation,  I find that kinda disgusting.  I like some of the e-mails stated that they sent their card for ST0R early and have not received my card either, well I only send donations AFTER I received my card, maybe I won't get ST0R, oh well there will be other expeditions to So Sudan.  73 and good DX.
