sounds like you have seen too many field day messages - so you might as well come out and operate some.  radio is still fun, and often operating a different radio than you own will add to the experience.  
 
meanwhile, to unsubscribe -- click on the qsl.net URL down at the bottom, then link on their help link - which will take you to the page to unsubscribe.  its an automated process of course.
